There was some vid on here a while back, i think it was on here, of some kid getting pins pulled out of the front of his foot just like the ones right next to your big toe.

Shit was crazy looked like it would feel pretty funky. I dont really have a stomach for shit like that but it was like a car wreck i couldnt help but watch.
