First of all please be informed that your shipment is ready & packed but due to rainy season & flood all around the cargo vans & custom people are not working in our area because this area is cutt of due to heavy flood from Kashmir area which is coming from five different rivers & we don't want to take any risk by sending precious goods in flood , but now the situation is up to some extend under control & we will again send your shipment for custom within next one or two days & as soon as it get custom cleared it will take very next flight of Saudia airways to JAX .

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Thank you for your help and understanding. We truly appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the near future with greater speed & we are sure the protection vest which we have developed for you will meet to your full satisfaction .
