Okay guys I know there is a weight lifting thread, but I want to know what people are putting up in the gym, so I figured I'd make it, it's own thread.

Let's stick to the three powerlifts, bench, squat, and deadlift...

I haven't done squats or deadlifts for a while. When I was 13 I used to compete in powerlifting. Thinking about getting back into it.

When I was 13 I won the NH AAU state championship with...

Bench: 175 (with a pause)
Squat: 350
Deadlift: 375

The most i've ever benched was probably 6 months ago, I put up 265 for one. No pause.

So let's hear some numbers!

I want to get back into it, and hopefully in about a year have over a 5 squat and dead, and over a 3 bench...

i been killen the gym since high school and now im 21 ..... in high school i broke our school record at the 132 weight class in dead lift with a lift of 315.....


now im 167 weight

bench 315 for 2

i neva squat anymore because im a pussy lol hahhaah

curl 50 pound dumbells for 6 each arm

80 pound dumbell shoulder presses

shrug 120 pound dumbells for like 8 if i can hold em that long lol

lat pull down 235 on machine

Yeah me too...squats just require way too much effort lol.

315 for 2 is pretty good considering your weight. When I put up 265 for 1 I was at 170. I wasn't lifting crazy though, I was just staying tone, and then my buddy wanted to see how much I could do.

My brother put up 255 for 6 the other day, he weighs about 200. So that aint bad. he's only been lifting for a few months though, so that is cool.

The singer in my band is a monster. He is 6'1, 210, and really no fat on his body. he benches like 350 for reps, deadlifts and squats just over 5.

I weigh about 155, I bench about 90 pounds, but only when I have to (when she passes out on me)
I can balance an f4i on my leg
I roll up about 4 grams every day

Shit. I'm no competition powerlifter like you guys. I'm still trying to add mass. I've grown a foot since highschool, and gained 70lbs, but it's taken a lot of work. I'm a hardgainer for sure.

Height: 6'2
Weight: 165
Bench: 255 (four months ago, probably couldn't get it right now. slacker)
Squat: 225 (most I've tried. I know, my squats suck)
And I don't really do deadlifts....

So I did some bench the other day. I haven't done any in probably 6 months. I could only put up 185 for 2. My friend Jamie did 315 for 2....

This is funny cuz everyones bench is waaay up there and their squats arent that great but im the exact opposite.

I used to be a 190 lbs nose tackle and full back in football in high school so i figured i needed strong legs so thats what i worked on.

But my bench sucks ass.

I think my bench was at 200
My squats for 10 reps was 425
dont remember what my dead lift was though.

Then when wrestling came around i wrestled at 171.
i worked on my arms and would rep 100lbs curls all day long
same with shoulders. 100lbs on the military press for days.

But now im lucky if i could do any of that.

Once again i need to start lifting either get my own bench or start going to the gym, but my laziness kicks in as soon as i get off work, that or all i wanna do is go stunt

That was when i was in good shape though, i doubt i could do half that now.

I have a huge ass to show for it too, chicks dont really feel the big booty on guys for some reason.

i know it's a lot of reps for a heavey day but it is a routine i changed to.

light days consist of 20-25 reps

wieghted abs 45 plate decline

funny you say that cause it was kinda the idea i was going for heavy cardio..lol

believe it or not once you move up to 20-25 reps you get stronger for heavier weight.

Every morning I make and eat 27 pancakes that are made out of protien shake and creatine. Then I shit out all the extra protien and then get ready to go the gym... While tying up my sneakers, I sit on the couch and watch tv,...then I just sit there and watch tv cuz the gym is to far away, and oh yeah, I don't have a membershit to a gym.

Yeah it's a different guy, it's a big thing over in europe. I am pretty sure he has put gear in those arms. But there is no dought he used Synthol (nasty drity shit). Just like that Dousche Bag Greg Valiantino.

finished my forth year of college football in november and at that time i was up to 385 bench for 6 times and 575 for ten in squats dont remember deadlift but just thought i would add

Three years ago I was getting into power lifting. These were my numbers before I tore my pec. I haven't been to the gym since. It took almost a year to heal with many doctor visits and $$$. I’m looking to get back to the gym here very soon. I don't like feeling weak and seeing fat on me. Not that I'm fat or anything I still weigh the same but I lost a lot of muscle and it has been replaced with fat.

@ 165lb.

I really fell off N the last few weeks.

I fell off and lost weight now and I got to get back on track....:(
