Local Protective gear

I am still on the new side of having a bike. Just wondering if anybody knows a local place that has CHEAP, or really good price on jackets and protective gear. I dont care about brand names even used is fine with me. I am selling my car so I will be on the bike 90% of the time so I would like a jacket with body protection in it. Any help???

Thanks Chris, I would love to have a good jacket like that, but like I said I have to stay cheap right now. I have till Biktoberfest to find a one. I dont want to drive all the way there with out one. For now I am looking in the 25- to maybe 50 dollar range. Just something light weight but with a little protection.

Used will be ok for now. Maybe at biktoberfest i will break down and buy something. Will Stuntrags be there with a booth or anything?

I will be there but will not have the jackets. to much extra stuff to travel with. all i usually bring are gloves and apparel.
