I know this topic is dumb, but ever since ive put my new gears on +10 i havent been clutching right.... I learned on my stock gears and I had no problem i could rock them all day, but now with the new gears im chirping tires, the bike is flying up instead of coming up smooth. I know the gears are gonna take getting used to but I guess really ive clutched wrong all a long espeically watching old vids of me.... Basically for slow stuff I would just roll mash the back break then rev it up ( dont go by rpm just by sound) dump the clutch it would come up somewhat fast then ride it out, now im doin the same thing but the bike is shooting up like a rocket and im chirping the tires like crazy. I aired it down to 15 in the lot and tried to use less rpms but no help

feather the brake out man, to learn how to do that. get a wet road and wheelie on it.

Instead of just dumping the clutch let it out smoother. If ya spinning the wheel ya letting out too quick.

OR......

Just get used to it and catch it with the brake.

eather that or your giving it to much gas cause with the new gears it should come up very easy

i must be dumping it too quickly cause yeah with +10 it should come up nice. but ive tried less gas and it dont come up high enough, ive tried letting it out slower and i think im just letting it out wayy too slow. As for the wet road yeah ive tried it before i spin the tire like crazy so i know im doing too much gas and letting it out wayy to quick... who should i go about letting it out slower but still being able to get the bike up

Dude with that big sprocket it is just going to take some practice , just put it in second gear and then try or even third.

idle up then u only need to rev it a tiny bit to clutch it up.

also try bounce and clutch at the same time it will come straight up to bp catch it with the break and rock on from there.....

alright im gonna try that, ive been practicing 2nd gear stuff on the roads but havent tried anything slow. I did think i was in 2nd on a back road that i was goin super slow on clutched the hell out of hit and turned out i was in first so your right just some getting used to. As for the clutch adjustment am I good on that or should i change it?

As far as adjusting the clutch I don’t think so, all that will do is change the feel of the clutch and you will just have to get use to it that way, instead of getting use to it the way it is.

It Is just going to take some practice...............
