leave the pinch bolts on the round side (should be the left leg) tight

loosen the pinch bolts on the hexed side, turn hex to remove axle.

The axle actually threads INTO the rond piece on the left leg, so the left pinch bolts need to be tight to hold it still while you loosen the axle.

hope that helps, post back

welcome, be careful with the rim, sometimes the more you beat them the worse they get! just hit it as much as is necessary. you might want to consider a rim straighteing place... they charge $75 or so but do a pretty decent job of making it round again, LOL

at work we have a 12 ton hydrolic press, manual one. worked awesome took my 45 minutes and alot of measuring and fine tuning but its good to go. put some air in her and popped right in the bead and not a single leak
