04 gixxer subframe

want to put a 12 bar on it but some of my friends have had trouble with the subframes smashing to shit idk if he was just rough on it, if i take it easy will i be good or should i throw on some more support??

My boy has an 04 with a bar on it and he has never had a problem with it yet

boone is smoking crack right now.

THEY CRACK! make sure the subframe is reinforced or it will definitly crack. it is weak cast aluminum and easily snaps just like the upper stay fairing bracket on the 04.

the 1000's are better but crack also. reinforce everything you drill though.

Yes crack is good! But just cus my boy hassnt had a problem with his doesnt mean that they dont get fucked up, i was just saying that his hassnt gotten fucked up yet :D

here a test to see fi the subframe is strong enough. find a fat women who weighs more than you bike and give a ride like this guy did

after you done and pull yoruself out of her, take the tail section off and see if anything is cracked or broken. if not then your golden.

Yeah I heard they crack. I was talkin to a guy and he welded triangular supports on the sides

mikade is rockin an 04 600 and he hasnt had any problems yet, besides it not staying tight, but then again he doesnt slam on it. he just does a little scapin

There's a guy on stuntlife (Meo) that made this. I copied it on my 1000 and so far so good.
