I know for a fact they are 03/04 forks, They have an allen head bolt inside the lower fork tubes that the 05/06's do not have. They are exactly the same the ones on my bike. You cant really tell from a pic unless its of the bolt in the fork tube.

Yup. I got my fitting for the DRZ hose here with me at work. I need to stop and get 3-4 feet of hose on the way home. Tonight I will get the DRZ hooked up. If I hear back form andy i may be dropping my forks out and bringing them over. If I don't do that I will be loctite-ing the caliper bolts and calling the F4i good for now.
