wiring up aftermarket headlight

whats up everyone, i was just wondering when you guys wire up a aftermarket headlight, do you cut your stock wiring or is there another way, i havent really looked at the wiring on my bike lately , it has been all apart all year and i was thinking of putting a aftermarket light , i just did not want to cut the old one though. any feedback would be great thanks jonboy

i solder the tips of the wire from the headlight and then stick it in the plug end and tape it up, works fine and u dont need to cut your wireing harness

what kind of lights are people using?

i've got a race glass nose cone i want to use, but i'm not sure what i should do for lights..
