yep- I make my own beer. In fact i have 5 gallons of american cream ale in my carboy as we speak. It has 2-1/2 pounds of fresh honey we just got out of our hive. It should take some time to condition but should be kickass. I also have a few ounces of rasberry extract in this batch. I have made roughly 10-12 5 gallon batches in the last 2 years. Great stuff after you get used to homebrew. If you are used to watered down light beer you will probably not like homebrew. Cream ale kicks ass and so does a good batch of india pale ale. Add a few extra pounds of malt extract and it has a pretty good kick also. If someone is a serious drinker you could grind your own grains and make large quantities of beer for REAL cheap..
