i hate to hear about any motorcycle related injuries/deaths, but 43 years old? c'mon!

OSCEOLA, Iowa -- A man who was trying to stand up on his motorcycle as it traveled down Interstate 35 in southern Iowa was killed when the bike ran off the road.
The Iowa State Patrol said that according to witnesses, 43-year-old Jon David Jones was standing on the seat of his motorcycle with his arms crossed. The motorcycle veered into the median and crashed into a guard rail about eight miles south of Osceola.
The State Patrol said Jones was riding alongside another motorcycle when the accident happened at about 6:30 p.m. Saturday. The Patrol's report does not list an address for Jones.
