Hell yeah thats the way to go bro dont get your self into to much debt save some money and get a house that way the rent you pay every month you usually get back when you sell the house. cuase your gonna have to pay rent no matter what! minus well get your money back :yes: . the only debt im in is my second bike and my student loan when thats done im getting a house. the only reason i dont do it now is i only pay 250 for rent have the big room and have taken over the garage :D.

I have been delt the same damn hand man! WTF game is this man. I pay child suport and before the divorce, (2 months before) bought a brand new 30G car, now I got stuck with the payments still while in school at the time. Like I said I pay child support and my daughter is with my ex wife in Sasebo, Japan. Got joint legal custody after paying court fees out the ass and now only get to see her over the net, the summers, and at Christmas. This all happened 4 years ago while in school. Now that I'm out and working as a CRNA, I make enough to handle all and then some. Going active duty in a few months as well. Now I have about $2200/month in bills and bring down well over that. My ex wife tried a couple times to get back, just couldn't do it after you catch someone cheating, thats it.
