Pull downs also work your abs if you are pulling in front of you. That's where I always felt the most sore. If you are pulling the bar down behind your head, you are working your back muscles.

I wouldn't go up in weight. If it's getting too easy, go up in reps. You don't want to build muscle, just firm it up.

Seriously. You can mix it up and do upper and middle abs one day and lower and obliqes the next though. You are doing too many cruches as well. Just wasting your time. Abs take like 10-15 minutes tops. Building some muscle mass will help you more than running on the treadmill, do both but if it's one or the other, go for the weights.

Is it a straight bar? How far apart are your hands? Where are you pulling it to? Do you lean back if pulling it in front of you. I liked the v shaped handles that had your hands facing each other. At the end of the pull down, it's like a crunch.

If you can do more, do it. Just don't hurt yourself. You gain the most when you work to exhaustion. But you have to give your muscles recovery time.

Why? They're not equidistant from the driver but it brings the sound stage up above the dash. That makes the biggest difference as far as I'm concerned. I can't tell a good system from a bad one but the higher the sound is, the better it sounds to me.

i've been back on the atkins diet for the past week. it's the diet that works best for me...i wouldn't be dieting at all but i want to wear a swimsuit and feel comfortable in it when we go to florida for spring break. i pretty much eat 2-3 grilled chicken salads a day from sonic...BUT i only get lettuce, tomatos, the chicken and cheese on it..i use the regular ranch dressing...including the dressing and what i put on the salad...each salad is around 350 calories and 3 carbs. that's pretty much what i eat all day long...then at night when after i smoke at night i either eat some carl budding turkey lunch meat with pepperjack cheese...or like last night i at some of those already cooked grilled chicken strips and i was dipping it in some guacomole.

Optical is retarded cheap to produce. I'm not sure solid state is cheap enough yet. Blue Ray will be the standard for a little while.

I don't see the point in any of it myself. HD is overrated. The quality of content is much more important than if you can see the pores on someone's skin.

it took me almost an hour to get a chocolate milk shake this morning.

I decided not to go to the dnd by my house, since it always takes the bitch 10-12 minutes to make it.
9:05 i roll up to carvel, walk up to the door, they dont open til 10
9:10 i go to a different dnd, walk in, they dont have any ice cream today
9:20 drive to mcdonalds. their shakes arent as good but are2-3$ cheaper. the drive thru has a line, i go by the front. theres a line inside too so i opt for the drive thru
9:25 i order. they dont have the shake machine ready
9:30 i go to yet another dnd. there are probably 40 of them within 10 mins of my house, no exaggeration. the line was out the door so i left
9:35 i go to a different mcdonalds, no line, but no shakes either
9:40 i find a dnd with no line, and ice cream

i order, then sit down to wait for it. 6 or 7 minutes later, i still havent heard a blender. i get up to check on the woman. shes still leaned over the ice cream freezer scooping out chocolate WITH A PLASTIC SPOON!!!! HOLY SHIT
i see the ice cream right there scoop right there and i ask her why. she replies in horribly broken english that the ice cream sticks to the metal one. HOLY SHIT AGAIN
i tell her to run the hot water and reheat the scoop every 15 seconds. she is amazed at such american technology and the ice cream starts flying into the blender. so 5 minutes later, after adjusting the milk level a few times, i get my shake. total time - 15 minutes. not really surprising anymore

i walk out and theres a cop putting a parking ticket on the car parked behind me, meaning im next. i jump in and take off, cutting off traffic. the officer doesnt pursue, because its easier for him to write a parking ticket to the next guy
