I have a frame with no numbers, literally, the farring stay broke away from the frame and took the numbers with it. The frame has a partial "s" and a partial "c" but the farring stay comes complete with the frames vin # Minus half an "s" and half a "c" I don't think this would do anybody any good unless the price of aluminum per lb has gone up.

sorry man, no title. And if I did have a title, I'd order a new frame and stamp the numbers. You aren't the only one with half a brain. I just purchased a 05 gsxr 750 frame. my cost $1500, your cost $2100, never had a vin placed. Thats just one of the advantages of being a dealer.
