Fuck It Im Doing...Its Getting Cold & Im Fat...

I Wanna Lose 30lbs. By StuntWars...As Well As Next Summer...Alot of Traveling Coming Up...

Im Also Gonna Be Working Out Here At Home...Im gonna incorporate some old football style workouts and alot of cardio...

Our weight bench has:

(4) 45lb. Plates
Standard Olympic Bar= 45lbs.

Max. Weight of 225lbs.

Not alot, but when you can bench (225lbs.) 50 times, I think you'll be ok...

Jump Rope = 20min a day...(10) in the a.m. (10) in the p.m.

We Have A Punching Bag As Well, So Im Gonna Start Sparring with A Couple of Buddies and Shadow Boxing...

We Have Free Weights and Im Gonna Throw them in there somewhere...

Not A Very Detailed Post, But You Got The Bulk of What Im gonna be Doing...


SO THIS WORKOUT PLAN AND THE ATKINS DIET (which really sucks might I add) I SHOULD BE OK BY NEXT SPRING...

And I know I saw a supplement thread posted recently, but Im not doing powders, pills, or shakes or nothing like that...The diet and thats it....

I think Ive seen a thread like this before ...

But I wanna know what you guys workouts are like or what your fitness goals are for the new year...

Kris that atkins diet sucks and once u go off it u will gain the weight back, just eat healthy. and work out. I know i gotta get a move on i wanna get into shape before then too.

once i get back into this is what i do but i use to do this too

I run for 30 mins on the treadmill, 3 sets of 50 crunches, then do some toning on the arms with some weights

i tend to eat lots of yogart, fruits and veggies, if u get a craving for something crunchy grab some vegtables thats what i do instead of chips or whatever. oh and gotta have the protien

i love this diet....it's a quick and easy way to lose weight...like i told you last night, if you want it to work you have to put 110% into doing it...NO CHEATING...once you get off of it just slowly work carbs back into your eating habits. good luck dude :smirk:

my goal is to pretty much tone up....i've been needing to do this for awhile. i just hate working out.

I know it says no carbs...where you going to get your simple sugars from? Damn, your blood sugar is going to drop and you'll feel tired as hell. Better incorporate some carbs somewhere.
