I'm doing better, except i cant hardly lift my left arm up at all, its very weak and painful. im still limping a lil bit, i think i may have bruised my hip bone pretty bad

it's called style bitch. But I will cut it when I get my staples and stitches taken out. I can not wash my hair yet until they are out. My hair was soak with my blood and then it dried up. So it will be kind of hard to cut my hair because of my hair being matted down with blood and dried up clumps of blood.

yeah I am doing pretty good, kind of pissed off because I can't drink while taking these meds. Only thing I am pissed off is that I have to buzz my hair when I get the staples and stitches out. Have to get another MRI done in about 4 weeks. Hopefully everything will be good and they give me the OK to head back over seas.

Ouch that sucks, hopefully you will heal up quick. I went to Mass this weekend and went tandem with a friend and yeah we both ate it, got some roadrash and some staples

anyways i hope you feel better soon. vicodin is nice, atleast you'll be able to sleep well now :shy: after my surgery I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep but 2 vicodin can solve that problem easily! :shy:

I didn't have the problem because I was knocked out and shit faced so I didn't feel anything. But I will let you know how it feels when they take them out.

ok well getting the staples out are not that fun. I just got back from getting all my staples (found out I had 10 of them on the top part of the head) and my sutures on the side of my head. Some of the staples stung pretty bad and some of them I didn't feel anything. Just giving you a heads up what to expect.

I hurt my rotator cuff quite a few years ago lifting weights and it really does suck getting it to heal. You can be laying on your side an cannot even pick your arm up. It took a LONG time an even to this day if i'm lifting something up just right(over my head) it gets all weak and hurts for a few days. Take care of that arm D as they can come back to haunt you for a long time. Jake

Heres how its healing up after a week and a half. I still have pain in the shoulder and limited range of motion, but its getting better

are you putting anything on it to help heal and reduce scarring??
kyle gave me some Silvadene ointment, that really helps for burns and road rash
