I was on my high school bowling team for 3 years. It all went to hell though.. I rarely play anymore and at this point I'm lucky if I break 120 :(

Used to go all the time, with friends, and get hammered, fun times. Would just do the regular, behind the back, between the legs, drop kick, etc. Hit 300 twice, average was around 260. Now I'm lucky to break 170
