I admit that I am dumb.....though I have a question.

If the bike has a salvage title why can it not be registered? I know different states require different things, and here we just have to have the VIN# verified and have a salvage certificate or title.

my bad the bike has a salvage title but i could not aquire it the previous owner owes money on the bike so the bank won't let the title go...the numbers if ran come up as salvage cbr 600...the bank will not part with title sorry kids hope this clears up questions
