I rockin mx bars on my gsxr with the drilled clamp and riser method, but they keep coming loose. Does anyone else have this problem , and do you know how to fix it. ( other the take them off thanks).

:shhh: Or lock washers???What loosens up, the risers, or are the bars twisting in the clamps???

I would use loc-tite and nylon lock nuts for the bar mounts ("risers" as u guys call them)... Most bars are knurled around the clamp area, so if your having problems with them spinning in the clamps, either u dont have them tight enough, or your putting a ton of stress on them. try roughing up the inside of the clamps with some 80 grit sand paper, or even put a small strip of griptape inside each clamp, and then clamp them down. Between the excess material, and extra grippy-ness of the grip tape, they shouldnt be going anywhere.......

Im still trying to decide wether to switch to db bars myself...

Red loctite on the bolts that go through the triple, blue loctite on the bar clamp bolts

your prolly fucked, because you didnt drill the holes initally with a 1/2 inch bit...did ya...so the triple is wallowed out, and they constantly come loose...dont they... :shhh:
