cutting exhaust

ok i know that you cut your exhaust to keep it from catching the ground on wheelies......my f3 has a 5 star exhaust???(thats the only markings i could find) and i love the way it sounds...i was wondering if there was any way i could cut it without changing the sound???

i dont know how the chambers inside your exhaust are routed. but i just cut down my yoshi rs3 on my 636. i cut it from the front instead of in the back. it was more of a pain in the balls cutting it this way but when i fired it up it sounded the same as before

i cut ALOT of diff cans and every single time they got louder when i cut them... its gona change the sound ur takin baffling out that absorbs the sound

ok so i cut 3 inches off of it...didnt get any louder...just gave a very small rasp to the voice..now im tryin to figure out how to get the raspy sound....i like it better....kinda like they sound without a muffler at all but not quite as loud is what im lookin for

mines a 5-star can and its aluminum so i just hacked it off with a hacksaw...get pics as soon as i can

removed some packin and it jsut got louder....but it didnt get any raspier
