Furry / Camo bikes.

Anybody got any tips on making a bike furry or camo? If you use spray glue on your plastics does it come off after being on for a while? Someone go in depth a little bit.

Here's my piece. I used camo fleece because it flexes nicely. 3M Spray Adhesive sticks well. You have to trim around the tank some. Be careful not to get the spray on shit cause it is a pain to get off. It ain't that hard to do, just time consuming. Good Luck! :)

get a set of trashed plastics, so you don't have to worry about taking it off. its cheaper that way too.

i have furred out about 5 bikes lol..

the best thing you can do if you are planning on taking the fur off later in the future is cover the whole bike in duct tape before applying the fur and adhesive. when you remove the fur you can also remove the duct tape and there will be little to no resadue left of the bike from the tape :eek: i learned that after the 2nd bike i redid for a freind of mine lol :D

other than that its easy and if done well can be verry stylish :D

Thanks, thats good to know. It seems like duct tape would fuck shit up too, but thats life I guess. I don't really give much of a shit, since my bike is so old, I was just wondering if there was any chance of saving the plastics. I think I am going to go with the black and white camo.

yeah thats cool man to each his own i know alot of stunners dont like handbrakes some people think if you change the gearing thats cheating but i also know alot of sick stunters who started with the handbrakes and alot still use them.i understand your point that it shows control stunning with no brake all throttle control i do that to but ive been trying stand up circles with my feet on my back pegs so i couldnt use the foot brake and had a hard time doing circles with no brake at all so i ordered the handbrake and 3 days later i had mad circles..... but i also do shit alot of seat standers and stand up stuff using no brake at all your right it shows contol....just learned highchairs and a still need my handbrake for that for now not trin to loop it ya know anyways lets drop the handbrake disput and argue about somthing else...lol cool 120
