ive been shifting up from nuetral and using the nuetral between 1st and 2nd, i can get it to balance point and ride it fior like 10 feet then i start going sideways and shit, or i hit the brake to hard and bogg out.

give me some help, i can wheelie a big bike and am not afraid of it, but the fiddy im more scared of, it bites harder!!!

just try it with your legs out gliding them on the floor just put it in gear and lean back and pull up... use your feet on the floor to balance .. when you are comfortable put your feet in the pegs..

U need to lift your feet and kinda grip the bike with your ass. The weight needs to be on the seat, your feet are just there as kinda stabilizers.

If that doesn't work use 2nd, feet up. Cruise in 2nd, don't sit too far back or it won't balance right. I think the further foward the better.

Chop the throttle, give it full throttle and at the same time throw your weight back. Dont hesitate.

Cover the rear brake.

let some air out of the rear tire so it makes a flat spot to ride on.. itll help keep you stable till you get comfy on the bike...also putting on aftermarket bars helped me alot i bought a bbr tripple and bars for like 150 i think and it made riding the fiddy soo much funner.

street tires help ALOT, so if you're running knobby's get street tires. leaning the bike from one side to the other is how you steer, and get it to go straight, sometimes when i first pull up my wheelie i swerve a lil, but get it going straigh quickly... put on a set of pegs helps ya learn to wheelie easier, but then it's harder to go out and learn sitdowns, so i'd say learn sitdowns first.... sit as close to the tank as possible (and try to stay that far up) starting from a dead stop qive it gas and lean back, and keep your feet SKIMMING THE GROUND, just incase you do something wrong you can just STAND UP and stop the bike...no break controll needed (that comes later) then just keep practicing, and the rest will come to you :teacher:

bore it out to 88cc. you would be rocking 2nd gear wheelies all day long.

A few questions, do you have big bars and street tired?

I had the same problems with my fiddy. I can wheelie a big bike, but the fiddy was very sketchy. I tried the feet on the ground thing, but that is like cheating. Plus with the extra weight in front of you its giving you a false sence of blance point.

I would suggest not to use false neutral. Its shitty on the bike....i get rolling in second gear and throttle it up, rolling my hips and tugging on the bars. You have to get going decently or when you tap the rear brake the bike will bog. once you get to BP, let off the throttle and let it ride...then crack the throttle. on off on off....keep it like that. i did notice that when i try to keep on the throttle and control it with the brake the bike bogs...it just doenst have the power. you dont need the rear brake, but it does help to learn. I know people that dont even use the rear brake once they get to the BP. It just takes practice....also let a little air outta the rear tire. With no street slicks on you could use the extra traction.

It took me about 2 day of practice to get second gear wheelies smooth. First is still sketchy. Just remember that because you are on a smaller bike your ass and hip movements are much more promounced....just keep practicing, youll get it.
