YES

Realtors want your money, they are good at pretending they want to help you. If you can find a house you like without one do it. Look online and then take some time on weekends driving around neighborhoods you like adn looking at whats for sale. You can get the specs online or from the sheets they put in front of the houses. If you don't have a relator you don't have to pay them commission, then make the seller pay the closing costs and their relator's fee.

My top 3 were ones I found all she did was call the other realator and set up a time to look at the house. Then after I bought mine I somehow owed her 3 grand or something like that. Not necessarily. Sometimes you can negotiate the final deal to were the seller pays all closing costs, but some sellers won't. All depends. You can probably get the selling price lowered if the seller doesn't have to pay extra closing costs. Just telling you everything I learned from going through this myself.
