It won't give you an address but a realtor can get that information. They can also set you up to get emails as soon as something hits the market that meets your criteria. That's how I found my house. It was listed for 4 hours before I made an offer.

I bought my current house well under market value as well. If you're smart about buying, it's easy to make a good deal of money. You can't be in a hurry to buy or sell. That's the key.

Ask them if they force dhcp updates. I fucking hate my cable company, they force refreshes all the time. The true use of dhcp is only if that address doesn't respond after so long. Nothing like surfing or playing ps3 and then all of the sudden loose everything and have to go reset the router or release and renew the external IP.
