i re-skinned my knee the other day

practicing downhill endos on my mt bike. with a nice hill and a little practice you can get em so they start to pick up speed. my best was about 35 feet from a 5 foot (1 pedal stroke) approach. So I looped one, going 2-3 mph, and landed right on my bad knee. the crash was so light it didnt even rip my pants, but it tore the 1 inch scab off, setting my healing process back 3 weeks.

my 3 day downhill mountain biking adventure semi-sucked

Saturday was at Killington. it was fast and bumpy but there were NO jumps or drops. i hate fast and bumpy and i love getting air, so fuck that place

day 2 was at highlands mountain in NH. Small mountain and the whole thing is jumps and drops. I was in heaven untill i fucked my knee.

day 3 we went back to killington because highlands wasnt open on monday. I didnt even ride, i hiked the mountain instead. Nice scenery but I would have rather gone home to fix my water pump.
