First off, i wanna thank all the guys out there who gave me ideas for reinforcing my subframe. Take a peek at the pics if anyone else need to know how to make it stronger by just welding some thick aluminum sheet over it. Cost me about $70 and believe me it's worth it. At least it holds up much more better than before after dropping the bike a couple of times but a serious hit can damage the frame tabs.

What did you use for aluminium as far as type and thickness?

Nice looks like my old 929 sub except i ran plates on the inside and outside--did you run any plates across the sub from one side to the other--u should do that too.

Someone did for me. I just told them what i wanted. Regarding the type i have no idea but i can tell you the sheet was as thick as the subframe rails.

Nah, just the outside. It's holding up pretty tho. I don't want the subframe too strong cause i might breaking the tabs off the frame.
