after......removed 4 supporting walls (post and beam), installed one new wall where there wasnt one! sanded and stripped all floors........installed a kitchen in what was a bedroom area.......all in 6 months by myself!

thanks bro......im usin the first floor for my family plumbing business office....the second floor is for me to live. the zoning in my town is facked! i can zone as the following :all residential one family, one family mother daughter, first floor commercial, second floor residential........but the fuks wont let me zone as a 2 family.....so hence the first floor office! :confused:
