View Full Version : New Law in Maryland for stunt riders
They have all but just about passed a new law saying that if you are caught filming bike stunts on public roads you will be charged with some new gay ass law and the max serving time is 3 years Thia after a Person (not saying any names) filmed someone in frederick county riding a stand up in his boxers hit a parked flat bed tow truck and was killed. They tried to blame it all on the person filming but when it comes down to it the person riding made the choice to do the wheelie in the first place no one forced him..
I got lucky i just beat a reckless Driving,Disordley conduct, reckless endangerment, and neglegant driving charges for filming on US 95 in baltimore and a guy looped his high chair at 95 MPH and only came out with road rash but atleast we got it all on tape i guess

damn that sucks.... Pow Pow Power wheelies are deadly... i say filming someone stunting is no different than filming Nascar, or any other sport where there are risks... i mean if Dale Earnheardt dies they don't sue Pepsi (or wheover the sponsors are.. im no nascar fan, just using it as an example)

but if Dale was on the freeway but ass naked doing 200mph i am sure there would be issues.... :woot
i have a bad feeling this law is going to spread like wild fire

Id like to see the actual wording of this law, just to see what else it incorporates. Its not worth the state senates time to make a law just for people who film motorcycle stunts.
