first up - i get off at my station, along with maybe 20 other people. the train rolls out, but the crossing gates stay down. 1 guy ducks under the gate, and almost gets killed by a train headign the other direction. I made sure he could see me laughing at him. God I would have loved to see that, you guys know my feelings about people who get hit by trains.

The umbrella moron - So first this woman tries to walk between 2 poles 2 feet apart, with her umbrella up. Thats funny by itself, but i laughed even more because it wasnt raining. Next, we're all standing there waiting for the crossing gates to go up, as the second train passed. There are the 15 foot long gates across teh road, and then some 6 foot long gates across the sidewalk. This woman is standing right at the end of the sidewalk gate talking to one of the other idiots. The gate starts to go up, i notice the end of it is under her umbrella. I thought she noticed too, but I was wrong about that. as the gate went up it took her umbrella with it, fuckin awesome. So shes standing there dumbfounded looking at her umbrella 9 feet in the air, and then she looks at me, the only able bodied person there. She says to me "can you reach that?" I could have easily by climbing on the concrete post, but im a firm believer in letting people learn from their mistakes. I replied that a train should be coming through in 3 minutes and then her umbrella would come back down. She seemed relieved. Too bad the train i was referring to already went through (and almost killed an idiot) because our train was 3 minutes late. ahahhahahaha
