well i knew this guy from 7th grade but hadnt seen him since then, he called my friend and asked if she wanted 2 go out to "his" property and ride her dirt bike with him, so she called me and asked if i wanted to go. so i pick her up and go out to his property. so he immediatly asks to take my raptor 350 through the field to clear out a path where my other frind natalie could take hir dirt bike. i say yes and he gows off through the field. all of a sudden he falls into a ditch and flippes over the front, the 4 wheeler also did a front flip. he got right up , drove back, and agreed to pay for any damages done by the wreck, we all kept riding (as well as him on another 4wheeler). about it hour later it got dark and we all left. so about an hour later i got a call from the police, anyway they come to my house and i explain to them wat happen. it turns out IT WASNT HIS DAM LAND. and i find out he has possible internal bleeding in his head and he was on the way up to the vanderbelt hospital in nashville as we wer talking. so now they got all of our information and will call if i have to go to court for trespassing. but the officer said that since i have witnesses that say i offered him a helmet but he refused and since he was the on driving its his fault not mine that he wrecked. so if u have any comments or advice just post up.

You lucked out on that one...or maybe I should say HE lucked out....glad both of you are ok though.....I had the same thing happen to me last year....I was out riding my old bike and stopped at a friends house where some guy there wanted to take it for a spin...I said sure because he acted like he knew how to ride.....as soon as he got on and gunned it down the driveway I knew I was in trouble....that ass hole ended up popping a wheelie which threw him off my bike and of course my bike went tumbling down the driveway....at first I thought it was funny, trying to laugh instead of screaming that he just f*cked up my bike....until he started having convulsions which lead to a 911 call......luckily I didn't get into trouble and him was ok after all but my bike was still messed up and he didn't even say he was sorry more or less willing to pay for damage.....oh well live and learn....no one touches my bike now unless they are riding bitch...... :woot
