you can run db bars with full fairings but you gotta notch out the upper and make sure everything clear, just keep in mind db bars are like 4-5 inches higher then clip ons so you do the math... as for keepin the choke and turn signals only way youre gonna do it with a handbrake is if you zip tie the whole plastic peice with the signals and stuff on it somewhere on the bike, there is just not enough room on clips to keep it. maybe if you found a long as dirtbike bar you could do it, but im yet to see someone run a handbrake and keep the turn signals in the stock location. im a tall kid 6'4 and i had the same problems gettin to the handbrake when i was on the tank with clip ons, dirtbike bars are the way to go, but for your application id day you better off with clip ons

answer you should turn your clipons out so theyre straight cut the plastic where if they hit also sit further back on your tank and lean back lock your arms straight dont try to look over the front maybe you should try highchair instead so your legs can rest comfortably on wour windscreen mikem

keep clipons...loosen them...turn them out...so they are not angled anymore....like strait across...cut plastic if they hit.

:wtf:

636--Order Woodcraft clip-ons from parts-411.com They're 130 bucks. Flip them upside down and install right on left/ left on right. - This is as damn close to DB bars yur gonna get--very comfy and handbrake mounting friendly too.

Had similar problems to yours and just figured it out. Push out your clipons (measure 16" from center of bar end to top subframe bolt) That will give you clearance and you won't have to cut your upper. Take off your choke controls and mount them to the 905 stay under the guage with the end of another clip on (just drill a hole and use the bar end tapped hole and bolt it up).

The bar set up worked for a bit, I just got the FI clip ons though and they seem to help a lot more with not getting in the way. I am trying them for a serious amount of time for the first time tonight. I will post up how it went if I can remember.
