My DRZ is shorter than the cab roof of my truck. You could do the same thing, but it would have to have 2 angles. One from the back of the truck cab to the 12 bar/rear fender, then from there to the tailgate.

I didn't figure PMI because I wouldn't need it. Sounds like they won't either. I didn't figure in utilities either because they would probably be less than I'm paying now. So about $2500 a month. My house loan and just two vehicle loans are around $2K. If I didn't have my wife's school loans and credit card debt, I could afford it fairly easily.

You should have enough equity in the home that you could just sell. The loan should be fairly short term at that point.
