woodcraft rearsets (or the cheap but less effective gsxr footpeg in 636 rearset fix)
FI 0 degree clipons and cage
brace the fairing stay or get an aftermarket one
weld the exhaust hanger strap to the can or it will eventually break off (might as well shorty it then too)
read up on HOW to dent that tank (lots of good info on SL.com, do a search) before you try to do it and eff it all up
that's the basic stuff

still on my OG motor on BOTH my bikes and i ride street, lot, shows, etc.
Like i said before, its HOW you ride it, if you take care of it (as in keep the wheelie revs under 9K) it'll last a LOOOOONG time!!!
people beat the sh!t out of their motors and expect them to last forever!

I'm no pro but I think my bikes set up damn near perfect....
Basically what john said....
Woodcraft rear sets are a must...
Reinforce or get a new fairing stay...
Cut exhaust and weld bracket...
I like my -1 +10 gearing...
FI 0 degree clip-ons...
And sum kind of vent tube 2 stop the oil from entering the airbox....
That's all I can think of right now
