Looking for a bike, its a loan through my bank.

There restrictions are must be 2004 +
They will pay 100% up to the blue book if it.

So if you want 5000$ and the blue book is 4350$ my bank will only give me the blue book.

Looking to get blue book value have no money to put down also.
