yah i went for a ride yesterday. was going into a turn during heavy braking, and a huge patch of sand was in my line. avoided it but there was more sand, sent me sideways and i highsided into the woods. :banghead:
i've had this bike for 3 years. im fuckin pissed.
*good thing i like streetfighters. oh yah. so that brings me to my original point of this thread. when i highsided, i landed on my shoulder and head and rolled. they say after you give your helmet a good smack your supposed to replace it. i was probably doing 40 when i bailed.

naults has some sick carbon fiber hjc helmets for 400 bucks, there cool looking and real fuckin light

400 for an hjc?? might as well just buy an rf1000 cuz i know its no heavier than those are.
my boy bought a vemar carbon fiber helmet....for 800...and it was like 3 ounces lighter than my rf1000.
but i already paid for a new icon....i just need it. thats why i posted in the 2502 section. :howudo:

one is built off the 600 platform, the other off the 900.

I have a helmet that I crashed in doing 70...Faceshield took the brunt...I still wear it. Wanna see a pic?
Oh, I had Shawn paint it a year and a half after the crash...
