help with laws in florida.

in florida is it nessessary to have insurance on an automobile? i was told you werent but im prettymuch running away from my house(in nj) and move to florida. which means, im going to be riding my bike that has no insurance on it. hahah

You don't have to have insurance on bikes in florida but I am pretty sure you do on cars..

good stuff. i cant take my car since when i leave ill still be 17 and i have onstar on my stupid ass car and my mom can easily call them and the cops. as of now i have a fake license plate on my bike so if theyre looking for me its going to be tough, expecially at night. but, what ever. thanks for the info.

i thought you only didnt need insurance if you had a certain amount of medical insurance? whici if your 17 you should be all set, your bike has to be registerd with fla tag though, if you have an nj tag then nj laws apply

ive been punished since march for the only reason being that i have to many lates at school. my mom trests me like a dog. its alot of personal problems and family issues and i just cant take it anymore. im going crazy. so im going to take a vacation until im 18 and maybe ill come back.

If you ask me these are stupid laws, and I hate it that every state has it´s own laws!

Over here everybody needs insurance or you won´t get a license plate and your a not allowed to move a vehicle without a license plate, easy thing, so in case of an accident you can be sure to get your money!
