18-24" of 1/2" solid Ti tubing will be at least $100. 2 pieces of 1/8"x2"x2" will be like $25 It will cost about $25 to get it bent and around $50 to get it welded.

no cam.. but i can explain.. k first is the rod.. with the washer and the push clip.. then that aluminum cylinder.. with th erounded end pushing against the rod.. then a spring with the rubber plunger facing the steel rod... that's it

When you use the handbrake it doesn't matter because the fuild just passes right through. The rear brake works when you use the handbrake because you now have pressure on the orifice so the pressure pushes on the rear brake. make sense?

No. the rear master should seal off the hole that you welded the fitting to and push fluid out the top when you push down on the pedal.

It is not sealing and pushing fluid back into the handbrake.
