I just took part 2 of a serious crap........I rented a small cottage all weekend and didn't go from saturday till Monday.......we ate a ton......and the worst part was the 20-25 stuffed jalepenos with bacon I grilled up on saturday.....when I busted through my door yesterday I was like you gotta go sit in the car or something, I'm in pain!!

Never made it. I had a weekend in portland with the wife. Got some incredible italian food and caught up with my brother and a couple friends I haven't seen in almost a year.
that's cool......we ate like kings this weekend too......saturday night we got a tuna steak and a swordfish steak, marinaded them, and cooked them on the grill. Had some summer squash, onions, and zucchini and some rice too. Plus my boss had given me a bunch of jalepeno peppers which I split and cleaned and then filled them with whipped cream cheese, mexican cheddar cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and another hot red pepper sliced up really well, put the pepper half back together and wrapped with bacon........cooked them up on the grill and HOT DAMN.......they were delicious. Sunday morning we found an amazing breakfaste buffet......best omlete I've had in a while. Then some buffalo wings during the game and the rest of the peppers and some cherry tomatos......I'm still full!!
A buddy of mine from here went to the freemont thing, said he'd take pics, i'll forward them to you when I get them!!
