I got another snake. Pics...

I got this one yesterday. She's small for her age whcih leads to other issues but we'll work on that. The lady is moving to California Tues and HAD to get rid of it or give it to the $hitty pet shop which they'd sell it to some moron kid and it'd probably die in a few weeks.



Well, I got it and put it in one of the enclosures I built ( she went from a
3ft x 16in to my 8ft x 4ft) and she is liking it. I am going to see if I can breed her with some cool morphs. But If I buy a luesistic ( all white) it'll cost me $7000 and its not that serious. I am not trying to take over the world with snake color variations.



Anyhow, I have some FEEDING pics but refrained as they are graphic. She ate 3 med rats tonight. Suprised me due to her lack of food drive, etc. Next week, dinner again. We'll fatten this old lady right up.... She should be about 12ft by now...

I've never seen a 12ft redtail, mines about 8ft, and I thought she was huge.

nope, its lexan, the same shit bulletr proof glass is made out of.

I had aggresive monitor lizards in it and when they are heatd and smack their tail against the glass it couldn't flex and would break. So the lexan absorbs the violent energy and stays tough. Its also 100X stronger than glass. I think its 100X. Maybe its like 10x, who knows. But it's alot stornger by far...

yea, you can copy it, I don't care. My locks up tops are sweet too. I'll take a picture.... hold on....

damn, I was worng. Its 250x stronger than glass. Only thing is is scratches fairly easy. But for a snake and if you can keep your tools or decor inside from scraping it your fine...

Here is the picture of my locks. Its sweet. They serve to keep people out and the animal in as it can't push the top open. If someone came over though they could still take it as the keys are left in the locks... I have two. One on each side.
