Way it works is once your TER is approved, they put the funds on your card and to get it, you take a cash advance. I am just taking the cash advance first because My TER's have been rejected twice due to my boss not approving them. My goal is to have so much money in un approved TERs and such a large ballance on the credit card that it gets cancelled and I can direct their calls to my boss.
