A friend hit a deer tonight.

So there was about 12 of us out riding around. almost everyone had passengers except me and another guy. and 4 of us was in front of the rest of the pack. and we were going down a back road. and turned the corner and noticed the rest of the people wasnt behind us anymore. they were cruising a good 25mph and we were going a little faster then that. well we turn around and bike laying in the street. fearing the worst, and me going to school to become a paramedic. i get off the bike and start seeing whats wrong. come to find out, a deer jumped right in front of the kid, with no time to react, and dumped his girlfriend and she landed on her head, and spun him sideways, and crushed his leg in the side of the bike and his bone penatraded threw the skin. and was sitting at a 90 degree angle. she chipped some of her teeth and was spitting blood and lacerations all over her head. and some people came out of their house and was trying to tell the girl to move to see what hurt, and i was like no do not move, expecially with landing on her head. I think they will be alright. but i cant even amagine what it would be like to break the bottom 2 bones of my leg completely in half. and the whole time he was saying he can feel the bone rubbing together. and i didnt even start freaking out tell they were in the ambulance and didnt have anything else to think about or since i was done trying to help out. But i think they are both going to be fine. they both were talking she kinda seemed a little confused but think they are going to be fine. just sucks that stuff like that happends. and i glad that it wasnt worse and more people wernt involved. cause some people ran off the road to miss the girl laying in the road so they didnt run over her.

Over the weekend a ducati up here hit a black bear he broke a collar bone but not to bad. the bear shit all down the side of the bike and him crazy stuff. I hope that your friends are alright.

it doesnt matter how slow your goin you should still be wearing a helmet especially passangers. you never know whats goin to happen just like in this case. what if that would have been a car that pulled out or tboned them. PPL dont see motorcylces, thats hwy i dont even ride 1/2 mile to the gas station without my helmet

i wrecked my 225 doing about 15-20 mph on the back tire, if i didn't have a helmet on i'd prolly be dead or a vegitable. it fucked up my whole rite side and broke 4 ribs. bout knocked me out i hit the pavement so hard.

my friend broke his femur, tibia and fibia 3 weeks ago. up at walden on the gatorback. hes a big kid. he landed on the rear wheel pretty far back and put his leg out. he has 3 rods in his leg with 7 pins. this is 2 weeks after surgery too.

i broke mine back in the day. at jack frost. i was 8 ridin my kx 60. i saw guys jumpin the triple on 250s and shit. my dad told me not to but hah, being little i thought i was mcgrath. came flyin around and launched it as far as i could. cased it, i went over the bars but when my foot slipped off the peg, my heel stayed in front of the peg and my femur went into the bars. hyper extending my knee, whip lash, bruised ribs, broken femur and swollen ankle/ foot.
