don't do that either. if you want to get a lower rate this is what you need to do. tell them not to raise your limit up....pay either the balance in full every month, or pay close the the minimum payment..you need to show that you are stable at making good payments every month. they will report that to the bureau and that's how your credit points go up, then you can ask to lower your rate. :thumbsup
