You'll probably get it..I bought an upper from him and it took about 3 weeks to get it....I think he's just a little slow on shipping...I just kept asking him where it was...When I did get it, it was as described and very well packaged...I think he dropped it off somewhere to have them wrap it up and ship it out...

I usually paypal and use a credit card...Paypal rarely takes care of any problems you have...Then you just call you credit card company and they will take care of it...Come to think of I got screwed out of $110 by someone else on this site that Paypal won't take care of so I need to call my credit card company....

hopefully your right because some guy wants me to refund him 400 for an upper fairing i sold to him that was mint, now he is saying it has scratches on it. i think he dropped it. he put a claim in w/ paypal. will they do anything???

I doubt it...If you send them the tracking number and say you shipped it and it was fine they won't do shit...That's been my experience with them...I filed 3 claims with them over money I got screwed out of and I never got a dollar out of them...They suck monkey balls...I just call my credit card company and explain it to them and they have always taken care of it...The last guy even admitted to the problem and I sent his email to paypal and they still didn't do shit!!

Yes paypal will do something if they agree he's worthy of a refund. Once paypal agree's he deserves a refund All he's gotta do is sendthe upper back in a box, or send you any kind of box, all paypal needs is a tracking number. As soon as paypal verifies the box was delivered, he gets his money back. That's how you scam ppl with paypal.

I had to file a claim against yzfrone because he sold me tire with hole in it and wouldn't give money back. I called paypal, filed a claim online, yzfrone said he wouldn't refund my money, paypal agreed I deserved a refund and told me to just send it back and give them the tracking number and call them when it was delivered. I called paypal when it was delivered, they verified it and in minutes I had my money back. I could have sent him a box of peanuts and paypal wouldnt have known the difference.

he said it was shipped two weeks ago... i'm pretty sure he is on the east coast so any means of shipment would take only a few days.. were talkn a light ass small brake line..

I don't want to be a :dong: or anything, I just want my line or my cash back. Normally I wouldnt care about 25 bucks but when your broke thats a lot of cash...

Yes I did nags, I was just in contact wiht Sho,ya,stunt and he said he will fix the problem. for some reason the shipper didnt deliver it.???? I duno, either way he is going to fix the problem which shows that he is a good seller. Sometimes I just jump to conclusion because I have been burned in the past. My bad, I dont want people to get the wrong impression of me.
