Hey guys Ive been lookin at the new england firearms 12g Pardner pump shotty but Im havin trouble finding pistol grips...all Ive found are the shotforce ones...not my taste. I kno the NEF Pardner is basically a copy of the Remington 870 so would 870 grips work on it? Anyone got a Pardner and know where I can find pistol grips?

I heard that everything on them is the same as the 870 but the barrel....but since the barrel can affect a lot of parts I suppose that is useless info without being more specific.
I have that same gun though....got it around Xmas, but haven't shot it yet. Have you fired yours? Like it? I have a couple other shotguns, but I bought this one to have around the house...hard to pass up the price.

If you're going to shoot much, just get the regular 9MM. Ammo is super cheap. The only thing cheaper is .22LR. I myself am partial to my 1911 .45

From the prices I can find, 9x18 goes for about $100/500 rounds. You can buy Winchester White Box 9mm (9x19 Luger) for $11/100 rounds or $55/500 at Wal-Mart. It will also be a lot easier to find the 9x19 than the 9x18.
As far as differences in bullet charicteristics, I have no idea. But you can get all kinds of different target and self defense rounds in regular old 9mm.
