Sh!tty Tire??

Could a shitty rear tire make it hard to balance 12's from side to side? I'm still learning and havin alot of trouble balancing my bike from side to side in a 12. I'm pretty smooth on the throttle, and i lowered my tire pressure. Could it be cause my rear tire is shot. I know i need to change it anyways, its more of a pice of mind thing cause i'm getting pissed.

If one side is worn more then the other it could make it a little harder.

yes if the tire is all shifted from being run with low pressure it will wobble and pull
