how do u portray your sponsors?

i may of just picked up a vinyl graphics ( wraps ) sponsor. i am trying to approcah it with a little bit of professionalism. basically i dont know how they'd feel about me hittin streets with there company's name all over my bike? i have spots were im cleared to ride. i also ride in a somewhat populated area and im the best stunter in my town. ( maybe cause im the only that tries anymore :jerkit: ).

so what do you guys do? hit streets still? hit more of your "approved" spots? i understand that stunting specific companies may not care but this company is a local vinyl cutting and graphics and screenprinting business, someone may see me rip by in a SS one day and then look for a screen printing shop to make shirts for their sons baseball team i notice that the same companies name was on my bike... and then not do business because of how i represented the company. theyve mostly done work for local car clubs and bike clubs with t-shirt and custom work for people that have designed there own clothes. as for graphics again its mostly car and bike vinyl for painters to apply clear over.



just wondering some peoples take on it.

I think you pretty much answered your own question. If your on the streets, you run the risk of portraying your sponser's in the wrong light. Maybe you should discuss this aspect with them. If they're cool with it and not worried then I say Murder the streets!!!

i jsut got out of the meeting with them and its locked in. ill have all my wraps in a week. Great guys. they didnt care if i kill'd streets. they said thats kinda why they wanted me.

personally if you went to your sponsor and said you only ride in designated areas such as parking lots drag strips comps and shows only. then yeah i think they might look at you wrong. but its called a STREETbike for a reason, for the streets.

my sponsor`s know i ride the streets once in awhile so there name is portrayed good and bad but

good or bad publicity either way you look at it it still is publicity

worse comes to worse put duct tape over your sponsors name if you ride the streets
