have fun........cleanest way i have heard is from underneath and try to mold.i did with it bolted up from the top with a heat gun,a big heat gun just cause i am painting it so didnt care when it melted the paint.

yeah thats pretty much what i did... i used a torch very fast lolz way to do it... just have to sand it down and repaint when done... but it is a pain in the azz... ill see if i get sum pix on how it turned out...

i also did it the same way.
for the initial dent i heated it up from the bottom with a torch till it started to cave in on its own. then i bolted it onto the bike and pushed it in as far as it would go before it cooled down. then i used a heat gun to dent it in farther.
if you use a torch, be careful. dont get the tank to hot becuase you can burn thru it easily. keep the flame moving at all times so you dont do this.

um, if you don't get the heat gun too close to the plastic, you can avoid getting bubbles...and then avoid having to paint it. ;) but it's harder to melt if you do it that way.
