Another DB bars thread

ok so i'm finally thinking about doing it, but i wanna be different and dont want the scary gary bars everybody is crazy about, i've been thinkin of the renthal streetfighter bars and the kyle woods ones look tight also, but unfortunately a handbrake wont fit, what kind of bars do you have? what do you like/dislike about them?

jsut put a set of fucking fat bars on there. high rise...low pull back. who cares about gary bars or woods bars. jsut goto a dirtbike parts place and start feeling out sets.

I got the old school pro tapers on mine. i wish they didnt have as much sweep back, id prefer them a bit straighter and maybe lower.

put pro tapers on with a set of 1-1/8" bar mounts. and your good to go just reroute your cables.

What's the point of DB's.You can do everything with clipon's. :twocents:

if you cant circle with stock clipons why would aftermarkets make you.......try starting somewhere else like tires,pressure,idle,moving around and making it circle......

lol yeah i would have to agree being that many people are doing them without even touching the handlebars and their hands tied behind their back. i just want some better leverage and riding position that the db bars offer, i've had clipons for awhile so i'm just trying something different, just like the round bar i'm probly gonna give a shot here pretty soon, sometimes you just gotta try things out and see how they work ya know, kinda like eatin raw fish reef! watcha know about them california rolls nug!
