Whats the best way to dent in a tank for stunt??

I just picked up a extra tank im going to dent in and i want to figure out the best way to dent it in before i just take a hammer to it :hammer .... let me know how every one did theirs......

try a dead blow hammer-

+1 stand and jump on it to get the cap down, then use @ 100 hammer hits to form the lip. gixxers tanks are cake

+1 jump on it or kick it in, then use a dead blow hammer to work it out nice.
Tank should be mounted on your bike and your gas cap too.
To prevent damage to your gas cap lay a phone book on it b4 you hit on it with the hammer.
Work in circles from inside to outside and keep in mind that a lot of smaller hits are better than a big hit, you don´t want cracks in your tank!

i used a rubber mallot so i wouldnt chip my paint, but still some chipped on the sides where it creases,
a dead blow hammer is probly the best because its a solid wack everytime, start as close as you possibly can to the gas cap and work your way out, but dont hit the gas cap or you might bust the hinges
