nahhh, 12 bar is fine there... it will grind away the tip of the tail and be fine.
I would adjust the HB setup... HB should be moved up a little or clutch down a little... also, try to move the HB in farther... or you might wnat to trim the lever a bit to protect it in a crash...
Search HB setups on here and on SL and see how everyone is setting them up.
Look good though

It's the 16x18 Brembo. No dual caliper, just a full throttle master.

if any thing shorten the 12 bar. that master looks dope! cut the levers down or when you fall it could break the master or the perch.

Do you use DOT 3, 4, or 5 with that brake system?

take them off completely, jump the clutch switch at the main harness, and use a basic toggle switch to control the headlight

Yea jump the clutch switch but if you wanna keep your blinkers and high beems just attach them to the clutch cable in front of the gauges and reach a little.

I haven't scraped it yet, just put it on the bar and tried to wheelie away. I did adjust the levers, and it feel much better now. The handbrake still has some air in it. When I go to use it it pulls in 3/4, but if you pump it some the lever pulls in 1/2.
Here's some pics of the levers and bar.
